Please read the following as it pertains to the expectations regarding services offered by iVisit Studios.
iVisit Studios personnel are available Monday through Friday, 10pm - 4am PDT (SL Time) and Sat/Sun variable depending on requests. Every attempt is made to accommodate varing schedules. We just ask that scheduling needs are openly communicated.
Appointments are confirmed through our scheduler from ik (dot) clan (@) yahoo (dot) com. A confirmation reminder will be sent from this address. Please read the details of the reminder carefully.
Photography sessions normally take 30 minutes to 1 hour, but depending on the complexity and requirements, could take less or more time. We will make every attempt to be prompt and efficient.
Following completion of the service, the production will go through some editing. Once completed, an appropriate means of transferring product will take place. For inworld only items, they will be sent via IM. For imagery, product will be trasferred via e:mail. For videography, we will arrange for file transfer.
Photography services are normally completed within 1-2 days. Videography services are normally completed within 1-2 weeks. Graphic design services are normally completed within 3-5 days. Publication services are normally completed within one (1) week.
Payment in full is required for photography services at the time of service. Videography requires a non-refundable 50% deposit. Graphic Design, including publications, require a non-refundable 25% deposit.
Photography services are granted a one-time second chance free-of-charge. If unsatisfied with the results, the L$ will be refunded in full based on the level of service requested. Please view a small sample of our publicly available portfolio on our Flickr Photostream so that our limitations and abilities are thoroughly communicated. We don't mind challenges but being able to communicate requirements is a two-way street.
Videography services are granted a preview prior to the remainder of the fee is paid. Additionally, we allow for two (2) editorial corrections prior to final production. All previews will include prominent markings that will make the imagery undesireable. This will be removed during final production.

Clients are requested to arrive ready, clothed and prepared for the level of service requested. For instances where, on location &/or props are required, circumstances outside iVisit Studios control may require additional time. Issues such as sim lag and server crashes are beyond our control and we request patience in dealing with them. If going on location is required, a review of the sim covenant will be performed prior to engaging in services. This affords iVisit Studio personnel the opportunity to determine if specific permission is required to perform the service at the location. If specific poses or props are required, it is always best to have those available. Rez capabilities are allowed at our in-world location, with a limit of up to 50 prims.
While we enjoy providing services to our clients, placing text on photographic imagery is a tricky feat. Fonts and typefacing available for use can be found at 1001 Free Fonts. If it isn't there, we don't have it and will not allow our personnel to receive it. Be kind and review the available fonts and typefacing available prior to submitting a request.
Typefacing and font additions are not part of any photographic service offered. There will be an additional charge of 25L$ for any typography addition to photographic services.
All imagery utilized is believed to be in public domain or specifically created for completion of services rendered by iVisit Studios. After completion of services, clients are free to share, post, edit, remix, adapt and distribute those works. iVisit Studios will request to retain a master copy for archive reasons. This is done in the unlikely event a customer deletes, destroys, corrupts or modifies beyond fixing, their product. Additionally, some services rely on the published work of other creators. For such instances, a copy of permissions based on the transferred permissions is included and should be honored. Unless otherwise stated, iVisit Studios governs all services through an Attribution 3.0 Unported License from Creative Commons.
Videography services will conclude with a maximum 20 second highlight detailing production services and licensing considerations. This is non-negotiable.
Publication services will include one (1) page detailing production services and licensing considerations. The placement will be determined by the client. This in non-negotiable.
Photography services include a small watermark as such and removal can be requested. Please consider our needs in this request, as sometimes, this is our only method of advertising. Every attempt is made to make the watermark as non-intrusive as possible.
iVisit Studios always desires to showcase our personnel's talent and dedication. We will request permission to include completed productions through one of our portals. These include: You Tube, Flickr, Facebook and/or inworld studio showcases. If a client does not wish to have the work publicly available, we will honor their wish.
To make sure the best overall quality of service is provided, iVisit Studios reserves the right to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any section of this listing, unless to do so, would jeopardize the integrity, principle(s) and/or obligations needed to provide services. By receiving services from iVisit Studios, clients acknowledge reading, understanding and ability to abide by these communicated expectations.
